How did this site come about? A need to contact others who love investing in various forms. A desire to meet others interested in investing, both novices and experts and to encourage others to be financially responsible. To inspire others along the investment journey and encourage others to work out their own unique investment plan. We all have different values and beliefs and can’t all be lumped together. I am interested in helping people explore different types of investments out there. You need to work out individually or as a family work what you are interested in investing in. This of course can change over time due to circumstance and the markets. You are the constant, so be true to you. Self development is very important. It is a valuable tool that keeps you stable and focused. It is important that people understand investing is a learning process. This is a journey and no investment deal is the only one. Decisions are made and monitored and do not define your identity. I encourage people, give them the breath of fresh air they need to dig themselves out of debt. It is a lot like digging your way out of a hole, it is hard to know where to start. I share with people great paid and free resources out there. I walk people through the mistakes I have made so they don’t have to repeat them. I also show them the thought processes of my research and how to personally establish what is a good amount to invest.
