Is it too late to invest in Silver?

Suze Orman often talks about the power of dollar cost average, buying a little at a time every month consistently. The share market my go up and down, but because you are buying all the time it evens out.

I have this view and strategy of silver, I am not a chart watcher. So my way of investing in silver is to use the dollar cost method I buy regularly. It’s a relaxed less stressful way to invest.
